We will do everything possible to meet your request, however, some trips fill rapidly and may not be available. If this is the case, we will contact you to try and arrange an alternative. A minimum deposit of $500 and a completed application form are required when booking a trip. Full payment is required no later than 120 days prior to departure. For reservtions made within 120 days of departure, full payment is due upon confirmation. Your deposit is non-refundable! However, if you notify us 120 days or more prior to your departure, it may be used toward another ARJ trip within 18 months, minus a $75 service charge. Cancellations 120 days or less prior to departure forfeits any deposit credit. Your balance is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacancy. If your space can be re-booked, your balance will be refunded minus a $75 per person service charge. You may substitute someone in your place if a full application and medical information can be reviewed and approved by ARJ prior to the trip departures. Trip "no shows" will not receive a refund. No partial refunds or credits will be given for unused services, howsoever caused. If ARJ has to cancel a trip for whatever reason, all unused funds paid to ARJ will be refunded. For your protection, we strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
