A minimum deposit of $500 and a completed application form are required when booking a trip. Full payment is required no later than 120 days prior to departure. For reservtions made within 120 days of departure, full payment is due upon confirmation. Your deposit is non-refundable! However, if you notify us 120 days or more prior to your departure, it may be used toward another ARJ trip within 18 months, minus a $75 service charge. Cancellations 120 days or less prior to departure forfeits any deposit credit. Your balance is non-refundable unless we are able to fill your vacancy. If your space can be re-booked, your balance will be refunded minus a $75 per person service charge. You may substitute someone in your place if a full application and medical information can be reviewed and approved by ARJ prior to the trip departures. Trip "no shows" will not receive a refund. No partial refunds or credits will be given for unused services, howsoever caused. If ARJ has to cancel a trip for whatever reason, all unused funds paid to ARJ will be refunded. For your protection, we strongly recommend the purchase of trip cancellation insurance.
